Serving as co-editor-in-chief of Isla Vista's arts and culture magazine, I dug deep into community issues and challenged our staff to share the stories of the underrepresented and misheard. I was never afraid to challenge preconceived ideas and always tackled a reporting challenge in search of the truth.

From the first pitch to the publishing stage, these stories reflect my interests in the Isla Vista community. As co-editor-in-chief, I managed the editorial direction of the magazine from assigning pitches, supporting writers, editing stories, and collaborating with the art team.
